Our bottling facilities are among the most sophisticated in the world, designed to ensure that we produce the best quality water in the world. We use a double disinfection process (ozonation and 0.1-micron filtration), when only one is required. We do not use sterilizing chemicals (such as chlorine) or remove healthy minerals from our water. Our process ensures that crystal clear water maintains its water taste and benefits.

Because bottled water is a food product, it is regulated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The law governing the bottled water�the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act�requires the FSSAI to establish specific quality standards. Specifically, the FSSAI requires that all bottled water companies:

�  Bottle, store and transport bottled water under sanitary conditions.
�  Protect water sources from bacteria, chemicals and other contaminants.
�  Use quality control processes to ensure the safety of the water.
�  Regularly sample and test both source water and the final product for contaminants.

The FSSAI continually monitors and inspects bottled water products and facilities under its food safety program. Also, bottled water must comply with the individual state�s regulations where it is sold.
